We ship free. Always.
Every Trichel & Co. order ships free, anywhere in the United States. No minimum. No exceptions.
Signature Collection pieces are in stock and ready to ship
All other pieces are made to order — please allow about 4 weeks for delivery
Custom pieces may take up to 20 business days for delivery
All orders are fully insured in transit
Signature required on orders over $500
Tracking number sent within 24 hours of shipment

Every shipment is packed carefully, fully insured, and sent with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns
30 days. No questions.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn pieces in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right. To start a return, email us at support@trichelco.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds process in 5-7 business days once we receive the item.
